The party side and team building side of our business includes us bringing the fun and the best entertainment and games to any birthday party, celebrations, and team building events. Our team is skilled in being able to create age-appropriate activities for any party or event whether you’re 5 or 50! Party/Entertainment FAQ
What type of games do you typically play with the kids?
We cater our games to any theme for an event. Most party games are the popular games kids like to play in PE Class, which are cooperative games that can be played with any age or skill level.
What do I need to provide in addition to Chesterfield MVP Entertainment?
Anything to celebrate a party outside of Fenton Lane Building or at a recreational park. Chesterfield MVP will provide all game equipment for the kids, but you are required to provide any food, drinks, utensils, decorations, and more to celebrate after the entertainment.
Can party entertainment be done outside of Chesterfield and/or Fenton Lane?
Yes, we can bring our entertainment to you, but the facilities must be safe for the event to occur. This can be discussed over the phone before booking an event.
How long in advance do you need to book an event?
Most events are done at Fenton Lane inside their gymnasium, which gets occupied all throughout the year, therefore booking as EARLY AS POSSIBLE is always the safest approach. There is no set date to book, however if you do it early in advance you can guarantee a spot in the gym for the party.
Would rain affect our Indoor Party at Fenton Lane?
Nope, the games can be done inside and any celebration can be done underneath the overhang that is provided at Fenton Lane. This area is used everyday for our Summer Camp (Rain or Shine) and the kids always stay dry while eating food.
What happens if we have to cancel?
If we can't reschedule an Indoor Event at Fenton Lane than the security deposit to rent Fenton Lane and an additional $50 would be charged. Chesterfield Township can charge twice for rescheduling a date and renting their facilities, so that is always a possibility if that were to occur.
If the entertainment being requested is bigger than 35 kids, what would the pricing be?
